Students Display Core Value of Responsibility

We are proud of our community for its continued dedication to the mission of our school. Responsibility, one of our seven Core Values, has been strongly demonstrated throughout the past few weeks as students, parents, faculty, and staff look to support the greater New York City community. Ben S. '20 and his family made 60 sandwiches for New York Common Pantry. Ben's mom, Alison, shared that it was "a family project we so enjoyed doing together."

Mia S. '21 has been
taking photos and videos to share of her mom, Heidi, playing the violin on her rooftop, with the hope to lift spirits of fellow New Yorkers. Check out a video of her performance by clicking here.

Bobby S. '28 created a poster thanking healthcare workers for their hard work fighting COVID-19 on the frontlines, and said, "I made a poster because it’s nice to say 'Thank you' to doctors. Maybe they’ll pass by our windows and see it." Way to go Ben, Mia, and Bobby! Thank you for demonstrating responsibility and for continuing to share our Core Values with the community. Please continue to share photos and stories with the Advancement Office.
