At Cathedral, our Mission and Core Values serve as our North Star, as they have for 124 years and counting—a guiding light in a sky full of valid pathways, directions, and opportunities. Strategic Plan 2030 helps us stay true to that light, shaping a clear and focused path forward to help more people understand the magic that happens here every day.

 

Consisting of Trustees, senior administrators, alumni, faculty, clergy, and current and former parents, a dedicated Steering Committee came together for focused reflection on Cathedral’s current strengths, vulnerabilities, and aspirations. Through this collective effort, we identified the essential areas where our school must grow in order to fulfill its mission in a rapidly evolving world.

 

This plan is our commitment to Cathedral’s future—a future that honors our past, rises to today’s challenges, and positions us to thrive for decades to come. We are deeply grateful to every member of our community who shared their insights, time, and passion with us along the way.
