Kindergarten Halloween Parade

As kindergartner Lydia K. ‘31 got ready for her first-ever Halloween at The Cathedral School last Friday, her big brother Graham K. ‘26 told the story of how he still remembers parading through the building six years ago! He recounted walking through an 8th grade classroom and hearing one of the 8th grade boys saying, “Hey, cool costume!” and then giving him a high-five. Graham remembers this as one of his “first moments” at Cathedral and that it made him feel seen, welcomed, and cool. Lydia got to experience the same thing her brother did—from having the honor of being costumed in LS Assembly, to parading through the classrooms, exiting the building and waving to their families, and then returning to the Kindergarten Center. You can catch a video of the kindergarten parading outside here.
