Game On: Chess Team Begins Fall Season

Cathedral's Chess Team has kicked off its fall season! Players gathered for their first practice last Monday, preparing for our opening competitive match against other schools. Students began by analyzing a famous game played by grandmasters Kasparov and Ivanchuk, then put their own skills to the test with friendly games against one another.

With several new members joining a roster of excellent returning players, the team is energized and eager to keep improving. Good luck, Cougars!
