Starbooks Cafe: Book Tasting

Last week, the 2nd graders experienced the annual Starbooks Cafe "Book Tasting." Students helped to reveal the class library and got to "taste test" a five-course meal. Each meal showcased a different kind of genre; for example: fiction, nonfiction, poetry. After each course students were asked to rate their meal. After the book tasting, students were able to explore the class library and choose just right books to read!
