Cathedral Students Help Organize City-Wide Sustainability Conference
Current and former Cathedral students have been working over the last 2 months to plan the third annual Sustainability Through Student Voices Conference. This year's gathering is scheduled for Saturday, April 14 at The Town School from 9:00 am -2:30 pm. The conference is designed to empower students, teachers, parents, and administrators to implement systemic changes at their respective schools around the crucial issue of sustainability. The program includes a keynote address by Carl Pope, interactive workshops on environmental topics, an activism corner, lunch, and space for each school to meet to develop an action plan.
