Core Value of the Month: Cooperation

At Cathedral, we define cooperation as follows: Cooperation means working together for a common purpose. Students cooperate when they support one another and share responsibility for the care of the Cathedral community and the school environment. Cooperation is essential in establishing an atmosphere where community members get along with one another in order to learn, create, and grow.

Last Wednesday, Upper Schoolers and Lower Schoolers worked together to celebrate this core value. Upper School students practiced leadership skills by leading Lower School students through cooperative games, which required them to use communication, problem solving, and decision-making skills.
