8th Grade Musical: Willy Wonka and the Chocolate Factory

Last week ended on a very sweet note with three separate productions of the 8th grade musical: Willy Wonka and the Chocolate Factory. Lower School students attended on Thursday while Upper School students, 8th grade parents, and faculty attended the two shows on Friday. The students did a magnificent job performing, singing, dancing, and generally entertaining the crowd. Mr. Delacey’s expansive sets were spectacular with rotating panels to transport the audience between locations and a giant TV to introduce the golden ticket winners.

Our thanks to all the 8th grade participants, countless volunteers, and to Mr. Collazo for his magnificent direction. Tune into next week’s Peacock Post for a link to a video recording. View photos in the album in the right hand column.
